Email contact@growagarden-calc.com for data corrections, calculator bugs, dupe serial range tips, and feature ideas. Use privacy@growagarden-calc.com when the message is about personal data or a privacy request (see template below).

We read messages as a small fan-made project. Clear reports with reproducible details are answered first. Widespread formula breaks after a numbered patch and privacy deletion requests generally outrank cosmetic suggestions. We do not promise a fixed reply window; many straightforward corrections receive a response within several business days, but volume and verification time can stretch that.

We cannot provide Roblox account recovery, official code redemption, moderation appeals, or in-game customer support. Use Roblox support for account issues.

Corrections that cite a specific calculator output and an in-game reading are much easier to verify than "values feel wrong." If the issue is limited to one pet or crop, include the slug or name as it appears on our database pages.

For dupe-related tips, specify pet species, serial range, approximate report date, and whether the range is suspected on trade servers or confirmed in your own inventory screenshots. Dupe lists are risk signals only; we will not help circumvent Roblox enforcement.

Send privacy requests to privacy@growagarden-calc.com. Describe what you want us to do in plain language. We can act on correspondence we still have access to; we cannot alter Google Analytics records inside Google's product on demand, and we do not control Roblox or third-party sites linked from guides. More detail on current analytics appears in the privacy policy.

Do not send passwords, session cookies, payment information, or private Roblox messages that contain personal data about other players. Feature ideas are welcome, but "add every possible tool" requests without a use case are harder to prioritize than a single broken formula with evidence.

Before writing about a missing pet from a brand-new patch, skim the changelog — we may already be mid-refresh against the latest listed version.
