Each entry below is a numbered Grow a Garden update we have reflected in site data. The version string (for example v2.18.0) is the label we use when refreshing calculators, databases, and guides. The date is the update's published date in our dataset, not a promise about when every downstream page finished editing.
Four buckets appear under each version: Pets, Crops, Mutations, and Weather. An em dash means that bucket had no listed additions for that patch in our records. Names here are the same labels wired into pet pages, crop pages, mutation tools, and the weather reference — so if Shroomie appears under pets for v2.18.0, you should also find it in the pet database once that refresh landed.
What a listed change implies for calculators
Content additions usually mean new selectable rows and guide mentions. They do not automatically mean the pet-weight formula, weight-squared crop pricing, hatch-boost cap, or WFL ±10% thresholds changed. Formula moves are called out in tool copy when they happen; this page is primarily a content ledger tied to data refreshes.
What we verify before an entry is trusted on-site
Before treating a patch as the active ceiling, we check that named pets, crops, mutations, and weather from community patch notes match the rows we are about to publish; that calculator dropdowns and database routes resolve for those names; and that guides which claim "latest update" context point at this log rather than orphaned patch nicknames. Community reports that disagree with in-game prompts go through contact and may correct a row without inventing a fake version entry.
Entries are listed newest first. Do not assume older versions are still fully farmable; event pets and weather can leave the active loop while remaining here for historical pricing and hatch records. For strategy on brand-new species, use the new pets guide alongside this log — the guide explains evaluation; this page records what shipped.
