Grow a Garden T-Rex

T-Rex is the mythical A-tier stomp dinosaur: Rampage applies ancient and petrified mutation pressure — fossil-lane farming, not verdant row charge (that is Triceratops) and not wet river work (Spinosaurus).

Quick stats

T-Rex weight progression

T-Rex hatches at 8 kg and grows with the formula W = (hatch ÷ 11) × (age + 10). The table below projects its weight at each age milestone so you can plan trade timing and weight targets.

T-Rex weight by age
AgeProjected weight
Age 18.00 kg
Age 2525.45 kg
Age 5043.64 kg
Age 7561.82 kg
Age 10080.00 kg
Age 12598.18 kg

Playstyle

Run T-Rex on plots you intentionally hold for ancient/petrified/fossil event windows or Temporal Storm–adjacent harvests where Ancient can appear. Stomp coverage favors clustered mature crops rather than scattered micro-plots. Pair with Ankylosaurus (petrified area) or Amber-focused trades, not with Triceratops verdant rows unless you have separate wings.

Weight & trading

Hatch 8.0 kg (mythical) — Heavy Huge-class hatch. Age 100 → (8 ÷ 11) × 110 = 80 kg exactly. Age 50 → ~43.64 kg. Outweighs Triceratops (6.0 kg) and Spinosaurus (7.5 kg) in the prehistoric pack. Traders use 8.0 hatch as a prehistoric flex; still verify Rampage results separately from kilograms.

Rampage: ancient and petrified mutation from stomp ability. Ancient (65× event env) and Petrified (48× event env) are stackable environmental tags when both icons land — bracket math, not 65 × 48. No published stomp radius or cooldown in pets.ts — treat community layout tips as unverified until you see icons.

T-Rex in Grow a Garden

Fossil trio without dig-calendar fiction

Amber and Ancient are natural partners on petrified harvests. T-Rex pressure helps those lanes when the event/weather actually allows the tags. Temporal Storm listing Ancient with Paradox and Void does not auto-mint Petrified — list what the UI shows.

Ankylosaurus Tail Club spreads petrified in an area; T-Rex Rampage is ancient+petrified stomp language. Most gardens pick one primary fossil pet unless plot count supports both.

Prehistoric roster and WFL honesty

Triceratops owns verdant Charge rows; Spinosaurus owns abyssal/wet river synergy; T-Rex owns ancient/petrified stomp. Selling “dino pack complete” without disclosing role split confuses buyers.

80 kg at age 100 looks whale-tier in screenshots. Pair weight with mutation icons or accept a discount — Rampage without fossil tags is just a heavy mythical.

Common questions

Does Rampage replace Triceratops verdant Charge?
No. Charge applies verdant on rammed rows. Rampage targets ancient and petrified. Different mutation lanes — do not treat them as upgrades of each other.
Can Ancient and Petrified both pay on one crop?
Yes when both icons appear. They are separate stackable environmental tags; use 1 + (sum − count) in the calculator, never multiply 65 × 48.
