Otter stitches two water-leaning tags together — River Dance is wet and abyssal mutation synergy, not a watering-can replacement.

Otter hatches at 1.5 kg and grows with the formula W = (hatch ÷ 11) × (age + 10). The table below projects its weight at each age milestone so you can plan trade timing and weight targets.
| Age | Projected weight |
|---|---|
| Age 1 | 1.50 kg |
| Age 25 | 4.77 kg |
| Age 50 | 8.18 kg |
| Age 75 | 11.59 kg |
| Age 100 | 15.00 kg |
| Age 125 | 18.41 kg |
Center Otter on pond, river, or flood-friendly rows where Wet and Abyssal are realistic. Editorial tier B rare marks a water niche: strong there, idle on dry flower beds. Frog Ribbit still helps wet chance in rain; Duckling Splash waters adjacent tiles; Octopus and Spinosaurus push abyssal/wet themes at higher rarities. Otter sits in the rare middle of that water line.
Hatch 1.5 kg → about 8.2 kg at age 50 and 15 kg at age 100 under (1.5 ÷ 11) × (age + 10). Mid rare weight without legendary bulk — check the calculator if a listing’s age and weight disagree.
River Dance: wet and abyssal mutation synergy. Wet (×2) and Abyssal (×90) are weather-category mutations; Abyssal is deep-sea tagging during heavy rain and flooding. Synergy does not publish proc percents or create rain. Void Serpent Abyss is a related mythical theme on a different species.
One decorative pond tile rarely justifies a rare slot. Build enough wet- and abyssal-eligible crops that River Dance has targets, especially during rain-heavy stretches when Abyssal’s description fits.
Dolphin Splash Dance wants ocean-tagged plots. Otter’s wet/abyssal synergy has no ocean requirement — better on river hybrids where Dolphin is the wrong specialist.
Tier B means situational, not weak. On a dry farm Otter looks worse than Fox; on a flooded abyssal project it can be the rare you refuse to bench.
Mention water layout readiness when listing. Weight will not convince a desert gardener, and rarity alone will not beat a Spinosaurus that already covers wet/abyssal at mythical scale.
