Static is weather-category, stackable, environmental. Solo: 1 + (15 − 1) = 15. Static + Electric (33×) → sum 48, n = 2 → 47. Static + Shocked (125×) → sum 140, n = 2 → 139. Static + Shocked + Blitzshock (62×) → sum 202, n = 3 → 200. Never product-multiply the electric family. Growth exclusivity applies. Static has no CONFLICT_PAIRS entry; Wet on the same crop still conflicts with Frozen and Chilled.

Static value impact
Padding the strike, not replacing it
Shocked at 125× dominates storm value. Static’s job is the second (or third) env icon: each extra tag adds (multiplier − 1) after count subtraction. Holding a Static crop through a later Shocked proc is bracket strategy, not a claim that dry storms always escalate.
Electric (33×) sits between Static and Shocked in raw weight. All three may coexist when present—verify icons rather than assuming a fixed escalation ladder.
Storm moisture side rules
Thunderstorm weather lists Wet with Shocked and Electric. Static itself does not conflict with Wet. If Wet is present, Frozen and Chilled remain blocked by CONFLICT_PAIRS even while Static stays legal.
