Cyclonic is weather-category, stackable, environmental. growth × [1 + (sum env − count)]: solo → 30; + Windstruck (3×) → 1 + (33 − 2) = 32; + Shocked (125×) → 1 + (155 − 2) = 154. Env tags never multiply. Growth exclusivity separate. Cyclonic has no CONFLICT_PAIRS; Wet/Frozen and Ember/cold rules only matter if those tags are also selected.

Windy weather lists Windstruck and Pollinated—not Cyclonic. Chasing Cyclonic means waiting on Tornado, not ordinary gusts. Windstruck can still appear during Tornado per weather.ts, giving a cheap second env icon beside Cyclonic.
Maelstrom and Tempestous are higher-tier wind relatives for navigation. They are separate ids with their own multipliers; they do not auto-upgrade Cyclonic. If multiple wind icons show, sum them and subtract the count.
Thunderstorm bonuses are Shocked, Electric, and Wet. If a session somehow shows Shocked with Cyclonic, the bracket adds both multipliers and subtracts two—powerful, but not a documented guaranteed combo. Do not publish fake thunder-tornado proc charts.
Sandy is a different weather env tag from sandstorms; related for wind-adjacent farming talk, not a Tornado bonus. Keep growth to one tag, harvest when spiral icons resolve, and verify the math with the real bracket.
