Bloodlit Mutation Grow a Garden

Bloodlit is the crimson blood-moon event tag—35× environmental, stackable, and built for lunar stacks rather than storm chasing. It is lower than Celestial’s 120× but often shares the same night window when Blood Moon weather is live.

How to trigger

mutations.ts: crimson glow during blood moon events. weather.ts Blood Moon lists Bloodlit, Celestial, and Corrupted. Meteor Shower is a separate celestial path; Bloodlit specifically needs the blood-moon line, not invented Halloween schedules.

Stacking rules

Bloodlit is event-category and stackable. In cropValue it joins the env list: growth × [1 + (sum env − count)]. Alone: 1 + (35 − 1) = 35. With Celestial (120×): sum 155, count 2 → 154. With Moonlit (8×) as a third: sum 163, count 3 → 161. Never multiply 35 × 120 × 8. Growth exclusivity still applies. No Bloodlit rows exist in CONFLICT_PAIRS.

Bloodlit value by weight

Bloodlit applies a 35× multiplier in the event bracket. The table below shows the value it adds to a reference crop (base 50) across common harvest weights, so you can gauge how much this tag is worth before chasing it.

Blood Moon icons that actually stack

Blood Moon weather can surface Bloodlit, Celestial, and Corrupted. Each is its own environmental id. Seeing two or three icons means a larger env sum and a larger subtracted count—not a special “blood moon product.” Corrupted (event) sits beside Bloodlit the same way Moonlit does when both are present.

Celestial can also come from Meteor Shower or Aurora Borealis weather entries. Dual Celestial + Bloodlit harvests usually mean overlapping or sequential cosmic-lunar flags; the data does not publish a dual-proc percentage, only which weathers list which bonuses.

Lunar padding without overselling 35×

Moonlit (8×) and Starlit (24×) are lighter lunar env tags that pad the bracket when they appear with Bloodlit. Adding Moonlit to solo Bloodlit moves the bracket from 35 to 1 + (35 + 8 − 2) = 42—noticeable on heavy crops, still not multiplicative.

Keep one growth mutation locked (Rainbow preferred when available). Bloodlit never conflicts with Ember’s cold pairs or Wet’s freeze pairs; thermal rules only matter if you also chase those tags on the same plant.

Common questions

Does Bloodlit require Celestial?
No. Blood Moon weather lists Bloodlit on its own. Celestial is a separate bonus that may appear in the same window but is not a prerequisite.
How does Bloodlit enter sell price?
As one environmental multiplier inside 1 + (sum − count), then multiplied by the single growth factor—not as a second growth tier.
